For existing Dynarch.com customers

If you have ever purchased a product from our dusty old website, you are entitled for a discount off DynarchLIB. The discount will apply to whatever is the public price at the time you purchase (including any public discounts).

This process is not automatic, so please do the following:

1. Create an account here if you don't have one already.
2. Contact us and let us know the following:
   1. Your DynarchLIB user ID.
   2. Your dynarch.com user ID and/or email address.
   3. The registration key for the product that you purchased from dynarch.com.
   4. The DynarchLIB license type that you intend to buy.

It's essential that you still be able to access the email address that you registered at Dynarch.com. We will try to contact you there to validate the request. Expect a reply within 2 business days.

After we add your discount, it will be valid for 2 weeks. During this time you should simply see the discounted prices in this page, if you're logged in.
