1. Commercial license

   All commercial licenses allow you to develop commercial applications based on DynarchLIB, and deploy such applications on an unlimited number of domains, sub-domains or Web servers, or sell such applications to your customers. They differ mainly in number of developers allowed to work with our library.

   All commercial licenses come with full source code included, which you can modify to suit your application needs,
   and free upgrades for one year.

2. Open source license

   For developing open source software, You can use DynarchLIB free of charge under the terms of the GNU General Public License version 2 (GPL). This applies providing the following conditions are met:

   • DynarchLIB remains copyright © Dynarch.com. You cannot transfer the copyright property to Yourself, nor to any third party. Therefore, all third parties that might download, install or otherwise use software based on or including the GPL version of DynarchLIB must be informed as such. You cannot remove any copyright notices from the DynarchLIB source code.

   • The software You include DynarchLIB into must be a “final product”, not a developer toolkit or library similar to DynarchLIB itself. In short, compared to DynarchLIB, Your software must provide substantially different functionality.

   • Software using the GPL version of DynarchLIB must be made available for anyone to download (including source code), install, modify or use, under the terms of the GNU GPL.

   • Any modifications that You bring to DynarchLIB will be properly advertised as being Your own modifications, rather than a part of the original DynarchLIB code. You may retain copyright on Your own modifications but they must be released under the terms of the GNU GPL as well.

   • You understand that we cannot guarantee any technical support (although we will try our best to provide it).

   If the GNU GPL is good for You and You accept the above conditions, go ahead and download DynarchLIB.

3. Education / charity license

   For an application that You develop for an educational, charitable, or generally a non-profit organization, You can use DynarchLIB under the terms of the GNU General Public License, as devised by our open source license, with the mention that You are not required to release the full source code of Your software. All other requirements apply.
